Testimonials from our clients and their families

Just to say a huge thank you to all who looked after my Dad. You were all lovely with him – caring, cheerful and professional – and enabled him to stay home for most of his long illness. We really appreciate every you did for him over these last months and good natured way you looked after him. Thank you so very much for your kindness and tender handling you gave him. It took a huge anxiety away from us and gave Dad a focus to his day. He loved doing the exercises! We all so very much appreciate your care.

I thought I would write to you to say how pleased we are that Scott has been caring for my husband, he is so good with him and my husband has real confidence in him. I think Scott is a carer who really cares about the people he is looking after, he is very good at his job. Josh is great with him too, if he is feeling down, Josh like his Dad can lift him up again which is a good thing as he has bad depression at the moment which makes it hard for us.

Thank you so much for the care you gave my brother over the past months. I know he thought a lot of you all. We all so much appreciate your care, consideration and your cheerfulness at all times. We all enjoyed meeting you. Thank you for sweetening his last days in his own home.

I would like to thank all the carers who have visited me in the last few weeks. There are two which helped me so much with their smiles and kindness. It was always such a pleasure to see their smiling faces. I shall miss them both.

It is with appreciation that I write for the service that you provided my late wife. In particular, your willingness to get on with your duties during the later phase of your attendance when matters were difficult. Your cheerful approach was a great help to both her and myself. I am happy to be able to say that I would recommend your service without reservation.
